Highly skilled fashion designer working with passion. The family tailoring traditions have had a huge influence on Barbara's life choices as a fashion designer. First, tailoring, which she learns from her mother and later an excellent creative and technical fashion education in college and university, opening the designer's heart for fashion to which she devotes every moment.

In 2018 Barbara graduated with honours from the successful Fashion Design Programme at the University Salford, Manchester, majoring BA (Hons) Fashion Design. Barbara thus received a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours.

 

During her studies, Barbara successfully interned at a Haute Couture house in London, learning design processes, couture style and techniques and obtaining the highest grade for the quality of work undertaken.

 

Her first collection was inspired by the spirit of the Polish Hussars and was recognized as one of the most successful collections showing at fashion week in London, and later on the runway as part of New York Fashion Week.

 

Currently working on her own label with lots of exciting ideas and driven by an inexhaustible positive energy Barbara is creating beautiful, feminine pieces characterized by a high-quality finish and strong attention to detail. Barbara Bechta designs are desirable with an individual, unique style meeting the needs of today's discerning and contemporary tastes.
